Reflection Statement:

The three sculptures communicate both structure and movement. While exploring the materials to build the sculptures, I wanted to focus on precision because I like it when my works are very neat and clean. I decided to include white paint/spray paint as my main color so that all my sculptures worked together and really allowed the focal point to stand out. I felt the work was not producing stability in my third sculpture, so I wish I had put more support on that sculpture. I want to keep exploring different materials that I can work with since I worked with the same few for most of my projects. I want to learn more about 3D printing because I feel like that could be fun and open more possibilities for future projects. This piece allowed me to explore different ways to combine multiple elements/techniques that are normally small parts of my projects and combine them together to make a larger whole. The making of this work expressed new ideas such as making almost complete wood structures and projects since these sculptures got me started working in the wood shop.
